The vintage camper stash, she grows!

There’s something about vintage picnic stuff that I just can’t pass up. Maybe it’s because they’re so functional, or just so darn cute. Anyway, this is just a small bit of my vintage picnic stash.249237_10200879521138912_1293422556_n

If you’re going to do the vintage camper setup, you have to do the strings of kitschy RV lights, right? I love these owls. There are 3 strings with 7 owl lights each.

Then I FINALLY settled on fabric for the curtains. These vintage bark cloth drapes will be cut to make a set of shorter curtains for the inside of the Argosy. There’s going to be a LOT of sewing going on over the next month or so.

The rest of the little things that have been gathered up, including a vintage-style rope-and-pole awning (rolled up in the foreground).

I’m so ready for our first warm day to pull all of this together. Look at her out there, just waiting in the snow. Doesn’t she look cold?

Not pictured- The set of canvas camp chairs, roll up wooden Ravinia table, metal kitchen cart, croquet set, twig shelf…Oh merde! I need to stop!
